Whoever said Country Music doesn't have an influence in award shows really got their mouth shut last night after the Queen and Princess of Country Music brought their A game to the revival of the Billboard Music Awards. Ms. Swift took home "Woman of the Year" and Ms. Underwood showed America why they chose her as their Idol almost a decade ago with a flawless performance of the title track for her new album "BLOWN AWAY"

Ms. Underwood has undeniably one of the best voices that has come out of American Idol, and she has the charm and the good looks to be just as famous as any of these flop bitches ruling the charts, but, because she chose Country Music sometimes she is forgotten. Last night she proved that she still can get the country moving with her power ballad, God, it was like Adele meant nothing to the universe anymore. She was seriously flawless.

The vocals were magical, and I don't say that lightly, and actually mean it. She looked great, greater than any of the girls 3/4 her age. Her performance was simple, classy and meaningful. It was so good, it was the way performances should be for a song that amazing.

I can't wait for next week's charts, I expect Carrie to have strong ass album sales.
